We act solely as a facilitator between doctors and hospitals.
3. For Hospitals
By using our services, hospitals agree that:
- All hiring decisions are their sole responsibility
- They will verify qualifications, credentials, and experience of doctors
- They agree to pay the agreed consultancy fee upon successful placement
- Payment terms will be communicated separately via call, message, or agreement
4. For Doctors
By using our services, doctors agree that:
- All information provided (qualification, experience, etc.) must be accurate
- Final employment terms are decided between doctor and hospital
- Docza Medico Consultancy does not guarantee job placement
5. Fees & Payments
- Consultancy fees are applicable to hospitals for successful placements
- Fees are communicated before finalizing any hiring
- Payment is generally due after successful joining of the candidate
- All payments are non-refundable once the service is delivered
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- Job placement for doctors
- Hiring confirmation by hospitals
- Specific salary, role, or work conditions
All outcomes depend on mutual agreement between both parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Docza Medico Consultancy shall not be held liable for:
- Any disputes between hospitals and doctors
- Employment termination or dissatisfaction
- Any financial or legal consequences arising from hiring decisions
8. Third-Party Information
We may share information obtained from third-party sources (job portals, hospitals, etc.).
We are not responsible for:
- Accuracy of third-party data
- Changes in job requirements
- Withdrawal of job offers
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, logo, design) is the property of Docza Medico Consultancy and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
